As an official Tally Education partner, we follow Tally-approved curriculum for relevant programs.
2. Eligibility
By enrolling in any course or making payment, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
- The information provided by you during registration is accurate and complete.
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Course Enrollment and Access
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.
- Access details for online courses or webinars will be shared via email or designated login credentials.
- Access duration (if limited) will be specified at the time of enrollment.
- We reserve the right to modify course schedules, trainers, batch timings, or delivery methods when necessary.
4. Payments and Pricing

4.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment must be completed before access to courses, materials, or certifications.
- All prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Transaction Issues
If payment is debited but access is not provided, please contact us within 48 hours. Resolution will be processed as per payment gateway timelines.
5. Refund and Cancellation
- Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable after the batch has commenced.
- Refund requests prior to batch commencement may be considered at our discretion.
- Certification and examination fees are non-refundable.
- Webinar and workshop fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within standard processing timelines.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All course content including videos, presentations, materials, study resources, and branding are the intellectual property of Jayaratna Centre of Excellence or its licensors.
Participants may not:
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell materials
- Record sessions without permission
- Share login credentials
Violation may result in termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
7. Certification Disclaimer
- Certifications are awarded based on successful completion and assessment criteria.
- Tally certifications are governed by Tally’s official standards and evaluation processes.
- Completion of any course does not guarantee employment or job placement.

- Engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
